Theft of number plates Meerbrook, Staffordshire Moorlands

Between 1st and 3rd June a set of number plates have been removed and stolen from an unattended stationary vehicle in the area of Meerbrook.

Key Prevention advice

Fit Anti-Theft Screws: Replace standard screws with tamper-proof, these require specialized tools to remove.

Park Smartly: If you don't have a garage, park in a busy, well-lit or CCTV-covered area.

Upgrade Home Security: If your car is parked on a driveway, point a video doorbell or exterior CCTV camera directly at your vehicle and use motion-activated floodlights.
